Chrissy has been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years where she has worked for such organizations including; Les Mills NZ, Pure Fitness International, Fitness First and Bikini Fit Asia. She also coaches and presents for companies including Lululemon, Lorna Jane, KPMG, HKUST university and ESF International Schools.
She holds an MSc in Human Nutrition as well as a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science. She is also qualified in Anthropometry & Body Composition and holds an ISAK Level 3. When she’s not working, she enjoys her weekly dance class, travelling around Asia and spending time with her two young children. Specialist areas: Sport & fitness nutrition, pregnancy and post-pregnancy nutrition, and general weight loss. |

Sarah helps her clients experience transformational healing by intuitively getting to the root cause of physical, mental and emotional challenges allowing the body to naturally rebalance and heal itself, realigning back to true self and inner Divine light. In her healing sessions, Sarah uses a creative mixture of the Emotion Code and Body Code, Theta Healing, Mindfulness for adults and children, Quantum Touch and Reiki along with her intuitive and empathetic sense, connecting to and guided by Spirit. A former international teacher, Sarah sees the body and emotional self as a wonderful system which is perfectly designed for health and happiness.
